DRAWN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
The invention relates to a towed agricultural machine, comprising a support frame for supporting processing elements, which support frame can be supported on the ground at least during transport with a wheel assembly of at least one wheel, a coupling frame for coupling the agricultural machine to the three Point suspension of a tractor, which coupling frame comprises two lower coupling points and an upper coupling point and wherein the coupling frame can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation with respect to the support frame.
Such an agricultural machine is known from the European patent application EP-A-1668977. Herein, a towed agricultural machine in the form of a rake with two hinged rotors is described. In the transport position, both rakes rest on the carrier frame, which is supported on the ground by means of a wheel assembly of a single wheel. Since the described agricultural machine is connected to the tractor via a three-point coupling, additional pressure is exerted on the lower traction arms of the tractor. This additional pressure can be changed manually by changing the length of the upper bar of the tractor, which is connected to the upper dome point. The pressure on the lower drawbars depends on many factors, such as the angle of the upper bar to the lower drawbar of the tractor, the weight of the machine and the position of the center of gravity of the machine.
A disadvantage of the above-mentioned agricultural machine is that the additional pressure can be set difficult.
The present invention has for its object to provide a towed agricultural machine, with which the pressure to be exerted on the lower coupling points is better controllable.
This object is achieved by a trailed agricultural machine with the features of claim 1.
The tension member comprises a hydraulic pull cylinder, which is supplied from the tractor with energy for applying a viewed in the normal direction of backward traction on the second frame part. This construction makes it possible to control the pressure on the lower dome points completely from the cab of the tractor. According to the invention, the pull cylinder comprises a pressure chamber for applying a tensile force by pressurizing the pressure chamber and also an accumulator is provided, wherein the pressure chamber of the tension cylinder is coupled to the accumulator.
An advantage of the invention is that a damping of the pressure in the hydraulic system is achieved and in a simple manner, the pressure of the accumulator can be adjusted.
Characterized in that the tensile member can actively exert a force, the downward pressure is better controlled and can vary over a larger area. By exerting a force is meant the active and thus controlled application of a force. This can be done for example by means of a designed as a spring or cylinder tension part. The term "pulling part" does not only mean an element which exerts a tensile force, but also an element which can exert a compressive force.
The pull cylinder can be mounted directly between the support frame and the upper dome point. In this case, it is advantageous if the attachment of the pull cylinder with the support frame is located on the axis of rotation.
It is possible that the hoses of the hydraulic connection are separated during transport from the tractor. In general, the coupling of the hydraulic hoses automatically closes the hoses in the disconnected state to connect the hydraulic connection on the tractor. This will hold the oil in the hoses. Tipping the machine with respect to the tractor, for example by unevenness on the way, results in compression of the pull cylinder. The pressure in the circuit has no way out and can damage the circuit or exert undesirable forces on the tractor, which can lead to dangerous driving behavior. By using the accumulator, the oil can find a way out in the space of the accumulator and these negative effects do not occur.
Further, it is advantageous if the agricultural machine comprises processing elements that can be brought by means of a folding device in transport and working position. This folding device is activated by the folding cylinder. In a favorable embodiment according to the invention, a chamber of the folding cylinder is coupled to the pressure chamber of the pulling cylinder so that a pressure is exerted on the upper coupling point when activating the folding device. When folding up the processing elements, the center of gravity of the machine and thus also the pressure on the lower dome points shifts. By exerting a force on the pulling cylinder simultaneously with the folding cylinder, the pressure on the lower coupling points is simultaneously adjusted.
In a further favorable embodiment according to the invention, the processing elements are seen in the working position and in the direction of travel behind the wheel assembly mounted on the support frame. With such a construction, leverage occurs with the weight of the processing elements on the coupling frame. This means that when lifting the processing elements from the ground, the pressure on the lower dome points is reduced. For this purpose, it is additionally necessary to adjust the pressure on the lower dome points with activation of the tension part.
In a particular embodiment, the combined focus of the processing elements in transport position seen in the direction of travel is in front of the combined center of gravity of the processing elements in working position.
In a further particular embodiment of the invention, the combined center of gravity of the processing elements in transport position in front of the wheel group. In such a position of the center of gravity in the transport position, the weight of the processing elements increases the pressure on the lower dome points. An additional help by the tensile member is then not necessary, so that the tension member does not have to be active.
In a further embodiment, the agricultural machine comprises on both sides of the support frame elongated wings with processing elements, which wings extend in working position laterally on the support frame and in transport position parallel to the direction of travel. This construction allows a compact transport position and makes transporting the machine easier by supporting the machine only with the wheel group which must be suitable for transport over the road.
By attaching the processing elements to a central processing frame creates a construction that can be driven with a single drive and brought with a single device in and out of the working position.
In an advantageous embodiment, the central processing frame is rotatably mounted on the support frame and the folding cylinder is connected to the central processing frame. Such a construction makes it possible in a simple manner to bring the machine with a single folding cylinder by tilting the central processing frame in a headland position. The processing elements are tilted slightly upwards by the tilting movement, so that they no longer work on plants on the ground.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the upper dome point comprises a slot-shaped hole. This construction allows without further action small tilting movements of the agricultural machine with respect to the tractor due to uneven floors. [0019] It is advantageous if the processing elements are turning rotors for picking up and turning over plants lying on the ground. Such machines often have a large working width and the wheel group must not affect the plants turned over.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Figure 1 shows a towed agricultural machine 1, comprising a support frame 2 for supporting processing elements 3, which support frame 2 can be supported at least during transport with a wheel assembly of at least one wheel 4 on the ground, a coupling frame 5 for coupling the agricultural machine 1 at the three-point suspension of a tractor 6. The coupling frame 5 has two lower coupling points 7 and an upper coupling point 8, wherein the coupling frame 5 can be rotated about a vertical axis of rotation 9 relative to the support frame 2. In addition, the support frame 2 comprises a tensile member 10 for applying a force to the coupling frame 5, the coupling frame 5, the support frame 2 and the tensile member 10 are interconnected so that a downward force component is applied to the lower coupling points 7, if Tensile part 10 exerts a force on the coupling frame 5. In the illustrated agricultural machine 1 is a turner for picking up and turning on the ground lying plants with processing elements 3 in the form of turning motors.
In a working position, the rotors 3 are each supported by a separate support wheel 24 on the ground.
The coupling frame 5 comprises a first frame part 11 and a second frame part 12, which second frame part 12 is mounted about a tilt axis 13 rotatable parallel to the running through the two lower coupling points 7 line on the first frame part 11. In this case, the upper dome point 8 is attached to the second frame part 12, and the lower dome points 7 are located on the first frame part 11, wherein the tensile part 10 connects the second frame part 12 with the first frame part 11. The tension member 10 is designed in the form of a hydraulic tensioning cylinder 14 and is suitable for applying a viewed in the normal direction of travel R backward tensile force on the second frame part 12. The pull cylinder 14 includes a pressure chamber for exerting a tensile force by pressurizing the pressure chamber, and the agricultural machine 1 comprises an accumulator 15, wherein the pressure chamber of the pull cylinder 10 is fluidly coupled to the accumulator 15. This pressure chamber is connected via a line in a known manner with the hydraulic device of the tractor 6.
For the placement of the processing elements 3 in and out of the working position, the agricultural machine 1 comprises a folding device 16, which can be activated by a folding cylinder 17. A chamber of the folding cylinder 17 is coupled to the pressure chamber of the pulling cylinder 10 so that on the upper dome point 8 when activating the folding device 16, a force is exerted. The processing elements 3 are attached to a central processing frame 19, which is hinged to the support frame 2 and wherein the folding cylinder 17 is connected to the central processing frame 19.
The upper dome point 8 is designed as a slot-shaped hole 20, with which the fixed upper rod 22 is connected by means of a pin. The lifting arms 23 of the tractor 6 are connected to the lower coupling points 7. The turning motors 3 can be driven in a known manner via a coupling axle 21 from the tractor.

The agricultural machine 1 comprises on both sides of the support frame 2 elongated wings 18A, 18B with processing elements 3, which wings 18A, 18B extend in the working position laterally on the support frame 2 and in the transport position parallel to the direction R. In the transport position, each of the wings 18A, 18B folded up in two parts, wherein the three outer rotors 3 of each wing 18A, 18B are rotated by 180 degrees. The wings 18A, 18B then rest on the support arms 25 of the support frame 2. The position of both vanes 18A, 18B in the transport position is shown schematically with a dashed line. In the transport position, the combined center of gravity of the processing elements 3 is in front of the wheel group.
In the working position, the cycle of the pull cylinder 14, the folding cylinder 17 and the accumulator 15 is not acted upon by force. The turning motors 3 rest with their support wheels 24 on the ground and can move freely within certain limits in height. The fact that the central processing frame 19 is connected via a slot-shaped hole with the folding cylinder 17, he can tilt freely to follow the ground can. Since the circuit is not acted upon by force, the second frame part 12 can move freely about the tilting axis 13. Excess oil can flow back to the tractor 6 or be collected in the accumulator 15. In the working position, the weight of the support frame 2 exerts sufficient pressure on the lower coupling points 7.
When the machine is brought into transport position, a Vorgewen deposition is first taken. For this purpose, the tractor driver supplies the above-mentioned cycle with energy, so that at the same time the pull cylinder 14 and the folding cylinder 17 are pressurized. An unimaged cylinder is received in the same circuit and pulls the wings 18A, 18B slightly upwards. When lifting the processing elements 3 from the ground, the combined center of gravity of the processing elements 3 has a leverage effect on the wheels and exerts an upward force on the coupling frame 5. The pressure in the circuit causes the pull cylinder 14, the second frame member 12 pulls backwards. As a result, the pressure on the lower dome points 7 increases and compensates the leverage. In order to control the force of the pull cylinder 14, the pull cylinder 14 is connected via a spindle, not shown, with the second frame part 12.
The folding device 16 also includes other cylinders that allow the outer rotors of each wing 18A, 18B to fold inward 180 degrees. Subsequently, the central processing frame 19 with the rotors 3 continues to move forward to an angle of approximately 80 degrees. The last step is the forward flaps of the two wings 18A, 18B above the support frame 2. When the folding cylinder 17 is fully retracted, the two wings 18A, 18B rest on the support arms 25 of the support frame 2. The tractor driver finally makes the circulation pressure free, so that the tension cylinder 14 is free of pressure and no downward force exerts more on the lower coupling points 7. The combined center of gravity of the processing elements 3 is now in front of the wheel assembly and ensures sufficient downward pressure on the lower coupling points. 7
The invention is not limited to the described embodiment in the form of a tedder. The invention can also be applied to an agricultural machine in which the processing elements are designed as tillage elements. In such an agricultural machine, it is advantageous if the processing elements are mounted behind the wheel group, so that the wheels can no longer affect the processed soil. The drawn agricultural machine can also be part of a self-propelled agricultural machine in which the tractor and the agricultural machine are integrated. 4.8
